包月一万分钟的电话是什么？以前可能是skype（英国网络电话nymgo推出过4.99$包月10000分钟的套餐），但现在又有了新的成员goober。goober跟以前介绍的goobercall、youcall同属德国Goober Networks公司。goober网络电话支持SIP，登录之后点SIP Account就可以查看SIP帐号信息了，SIP服务器是：sip.goober.com 。goober参照skype的模式，也分为一国通和世界通。一国通包月价格为：4.95欧元（支持10个国家和地区包括中国、意大利、德国、法国、西班牙、瑞士、澳大利亚、美国、加拿大、墨西哥）、欧洲通5.95欧元、世界通10.49欧元。详细目录如下：

虽然goober包月10000分钟套餐非常便宜，但跟skype一样，也是受到公平使用原则的限制的：
Flatrates are subject to the fair use policy:
- 10,000 minutes maximum （每月不能超过10000分钟）
- 50 different numbers per day maximum （每天拨打不超过50个不同的电话号码）
- 6 hours per day maximum （每天拨打总时长不超过6个小时）
- For flatrates including more than one country, the limits apply for all countries together
Minutes which exceed these limits will be charged at the usual rates. (超出套餐的拨打时间按正常费率收取)
Each flatrate may only be used by one person. Use in switchboards, call centers etc. is not permitted.（只能本人使用，禁止使用交换机及呼叫中心）
goober interrupts calls after 60 minutes, but you can reconnect immediately.（单次呼叫限于60分钟，可以重拨）
